A real estate development company, T Pumpy Concept, has called for synergy among all housing stakeholders to address Nigeria’s housing deficit.
The Chief Executive Officer, T-Pumpy Concept, Akintayo Adaralegbe, said this in a statement in Abuja on Tuesday.
According to Adaralegbe, all hands must be on deck from the government and private sectors to provide affordable housing for all citizens.
“Our mission is to ensure that land ownership is attainable for as many Nigerians as possible, especially in light of the country’s significant housing deficit, which is estimated at over 28 million units.
“T Pumpy Concept remains dedicated to supporting these efforts by offering affordable land solutions to Nigerian families,” he said.
He said that since 2009, T Pumpy has focused on providing genuine land at affordable prices.
He recalled that in 2024 the company recorded significant success in providing affordable and genuine land to thousands of Nigerians across several regions, including Abuja, Ekiti, Ibadan, and Ilorin.
“The past year saw significant achievements, including the successful launch of developments such as Karasana 1, Katampe 1, Kabba 1, Kusaki, and Guzape.
“These projects have been important in providing secure, affordable land that Nigerians can own with pride,” he said.
Adaralegbe was sad that the company was already offering new opportunities, including promotional sales of Katampe 2 and Kabba 2, to make land ownership more accessible to Nigerians in 2025.
“In 2025, we aim to continue acquiring land in safe, desirable locations and offer a range of options that cater to different budgets and preferences,” he said.
Adaralegbe said that the company was working to help Nigerians achieve their dream of home ownership by maintaining its commitment to affordable land.
He said that the company was also determined to make the process as accessible as possible by providing flexible payment plans and genuine options that would meet the needs of its customers.
“As we move forward into 2025, we have more developments in the pipeline, beyond the Guzape, Kusaki, Katampe 2, and Kabba 2 projects in Abuja.
“We are continuously working to introduce new opportunities for land acquisition in various regions, whether in urban centers or quieter areas with growth potential,” he said.
He said that the company’s goal was to ensure that everyone, regardless of their financial background, had the opportunity to own land that would bring long-term value.
He also pledged the commitment of the company to transparency and professional process.
Adaralegbe said that apart from land ownership, the goal is to empower Nigerians to take the first step towards building homes and communities that last.
