Champion Breweries records N2.3bn profit in first half

Lagos, July 25, 2025 (NAN) Champion Breweries Plc has generated N2.3 billion profit for the first half of the year.
This is a recovery from its N386.7 million loss within the same period under review of 2024, representing 692 per cent year-on-year growth.
The Brevage Company made this known in a corporate disclosure through the Nigerian Exchange Ltd.
The company’s revenue also witnessed an uptrend of N15.93 billion in first half of 2025, compared to N9.54 billion posted in same period of 2024.
Its gross profit grew from N3.7 billion in first half of 2024 to N7.89 billion in the corresponding period of the year.
Also, the company’s earnings per share rose from a loss of 4.94k in 2024 to 25.57k in the year under review.
The total asset stood at N25.95 bill its gross margin soared to 49.5 per cent during the half-year, an increase  from 39.1 per cent in first half of 2024. (NAN)
