The Executive Secretary, Nigerian Christian Pilgrim Commission (NCPC), Rev. Yakubu Pam has pledged to work with the Bible Society of Nigeria (BSN) to enhance existing ties between them.
Pam who received officials of the BSN FCT and Nasarawa State area office, on Thursday in Abuja, said that the commission would work with them to enhance pilgrimage operations.
The executive secretary lauded the Bible Society for translating the Bible into many Nigerian languages, which helps to spread the word of God.
“I respect the Bible Society of Nigeria so much for devoting time to increase copies of the Bible in different Nigerian languages,” he added.
Pam also appreciated theological institutions in Nigeria for ensuring that the translated copies of the Bible were distributed, interpreted and understood across communities.
