The Federal Road Safety Corp (FRSC) has tasked 16 newly promoted Officers and marshals of the Corps on dedication and hard work while discharging their duties

Mr. William Manga, the Unit Commander of FRSC, Badagry, advised on the decoration of the personnel on Wednesday.

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that five officers and 11 marshals of the command were decorated with their new ranks.

Manga said that the newly promoted officers had demonstrated exceptional performance in their duties.

“Promotion is a testament to your unwavering commitment to road safety and service to the nation.

“Promotion is an additional responsibility, and I do not doubt that you will continue to uphold the highest standards of professionalism.

“Live up to expectations and contribute to the vision and mission of the Federal Road Safety Corps establishment,” he said.

Manga urged them to regard their promotions as a call for more commitment and to redouble their efforts.

He charged them to be of good behaviour in carrying out their duties, adding that the nation needs them to fulfill their responsibilities professionally.

Speaking on behalf of the newly decorated officers, Superintendent Route Commander, Ijeoma Ajizie, promised that the officers and Marshalls would justify the new positions with more commitment to service.

She said that the team decorated would justify the promotion as more service delivery was expected from them.

Ajizie said they would discharge every task assigned to them diligently without looking back. (NAN)
