An Afro-musical artist, Mohammed Salisu, popularly known as Dan Bola Big Drela, says he is set to stage a live unity musical concert in Jos on Sunday.
Salisu, who briefed newsmen on Tuesday in Jos, said that the concert was to unify Plateau youths and also empower them, make them self-reliant, and help them achieve their goals in life.
The artist stated that the event was to showcase his talents and also offer skills acquisition training to youths.
He said that free starter packs would be given to trainees as his way of giving back to the society that made him.
“I picked interest in music because my father used to play musical instruments, and I perform reggae and R&B songs.
“One of my albums named Essential Peace, nikenamed as EP Bad Boy, trended and has taken me to places including Ghana.
“I have been in Lagos; I have been in Ghana a couple of times. If you follow me, you will see everything.
“The concert is a means to give back to Jos where I came from,” he added.
The musician commended Cash Boy Recorders Lagos, who brought him to the limelight after they gave him an opportunity to perform. (NAN)
