Foremost showbiz entrepreneur and CEO of Ambassador for Peace Agency, Kinglsey Amafibe, scored another plus recently with the debut of his Big Dreams Nigeria Talent Show.
The show, dubbed “Nigeria’s most innovative talent and reality TV show” was another feather in the cap of Amafibe, who also has AlphaPlus Mega Magazine and the Miss Ambassador for Peace Pageant in his stable.
The Big Dreams Nigeria Talent Hunt is an annual television reality show which is designed to produce highly talented Nigerians in two different fields of the entertainment industry (music and acting), in order to help them achieve their dreams.
The maiden edition has 29 contestants, with one winner to be chosen from the music and acting sectors.
The exclusive event was graced by Senior Pastor of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA), Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo; billionaire and philanthropist Ned Nwoko, amongst others.
Fatoyinbo, who officially unveiled the show with prayers and words of encouragement, appreciated the organisers for making such efforts in supporting and growing talents across Nigeria.
He promised to continue supporting the initiative and urged well-meaning Nigerians and multinationals to key into such projects that portray the country in good light.
Also, Nwoko declared the show open, stated that he was ready to sustain his support towards making the project a success, stating that he would return to review the progress and developments in the house.
Amafibe, who expressed gratitude to the almighty God and the endless support and capacity of Nwoko and others who have also contributed immensely towards the actualisation of the show and other youth empowerment programmes across the nation, promised that the project would give the nation’s youths, who have long been neglected, to have a foot-hold and make meaning of their lives.
Some of the activities of Big Dreams Talent Show includes the development of a movie project that will be developed to review the nature and developments of girl-child education in Africa and, especially, Nigeria.
The winners will win millions of naira, with property in the city of Abuja, Amafibe revealed.
