Barely 24 hours after the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) accused a mob which desecrated the palace of a royal father on Saturday as being sponsored by the All Progressives Congress (APC), pictures have gone viral of the suspended national chairman of the APC, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole, kneeling before the a retinue of Bini royal fathers, arms spread out in plea.

While the reason may be unknown, it is not clear if the former governor of Edo State was just paying homage of asking forgiveness over an issue.
However, he was clearly in a pleading position before the stone-faced royals whose faces were half-covered by nose masks.
Also in the picture is the APC’s candidate for the governorship election in the state, Osagie Ize-Iyamu.
It may not be unconnected with the PDP rally in Benin on Saturday, political observers have opined.
