CP orders arrest of owners of tinted, unregistered vehicles in Edo

Mr Nemi Iwo, Commissioner of Police in Edo, has ordered the immediate arrest of individuals driving tinted vehicles, unregistered vehicles, or vehicles with covered plate numbers.
