Edo: Your anointed candidate will disappoint you - Primate Ayodele warns Obaseki

Primate Elijah Ayodele, the leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, has issued a prophetic warning to Governor Godwin Obaseki of Edo State. The spiritual leader is urging caution in the selection of an anointed candidate, predicting disappointment and failure for the chosen one.

According to a statement by his spokesman, Oluwatosin Osho, Primate Ayodele emphasized that Governor Obaseki’s current anointed candidate is destined to bring disappointment, leading the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to failure in the upcoming election.

“Fighting with other politicians to give his anointed candidate the ticket will only lead to failure,” warned Primate Ayodele, cautioning against political conflicts within the party.

The spiritual leader went on to predict that Obaseki’s chosen candidate would face obstacles, though the governor might not foresee it at present. Urging the governor to reconsider his strategy, Primate Ayodele emphasized the need for extensive consultations before finalizing the selection of a candidate.

“He should consult properly before he concludes on the choice of an anointed candidate for the election. Obaseki needs to re-package and re-strategize his political techniques. His anointed candidate will find it difficult to win the election, but he doesn’t see it now. His candidate may be knocked out of the way,” the spiritual leader advised.

In a startling revelation, Primate Ayodele warned of external forces seeking to hijack Edo State from the PDP. Stressing the importance of avoiding loopholes, he cautioned that if the governor forces a candidate into the party, the PDP could suffer a significant loss.

“Mighty hands are coming to hijack Edo from PDP, and if Obaseki allows loopholes by forcing a candidate on the party, PDP will lose out,” concluded Primate Ayodele, leaving Governor Obaseki with a challenging decision ahead of the election.
