A married man, Daniel Samuel on Monday dragged his wife Godiya Daniel to an Upper Customary court sitting at Daura road, Kaduna over alleged infidelity.
Samuel, who spoke through his counsel, D.D Tanakwot stated that he was contesting the defendant’s pregnancy as his wife had left him for a while before coming back.
“We don’t mind taking care of her until she delivers”, he said.
On his part, the defendant’s counsel, I.Y Dadir, said he was not ready to address the court and prayed for more time to try and settle out of court.
The Judge, Patience Musa adjourned the matter to April 30 for report of settlement (NAN)
