Nigerian forces have regained total control of Gwoza, a major town in Borno State, North-East Nigeria, which has been under the occupation of Boko Haram terrorists.
A reliable source informed Quick News Africa that the military entered the town and have taken control of affairs earlier on Friday.
It will be recalled that President Goodluck Jonathan had said that Gwoza would be liberated today by the military as Nigerians prepare to go to the polls tomorrow to vote in the country’s presidential and National Assembly elections.
