Andersen Tax is expanding its presence in Italy through the addition of two firms in Rome and Venice that will merge together with Studio De Vecchi to form a new entity called Noda Studio. These new firms will add high quality tax, legal, accounting and other services to the existing services that Studio De Vecchi currently offers. The addition of locations in Rome and Venice provides coverage in key markets in Italy and rounds out Andersen Tax’s expansion in the country.
“We are very excited to be adding these high quality partners to our firm,” commented Mark Vorsatz, CEO of Andersen Tax. “All of these individuals embody our goal of providing best-in-class service by personally investing in each and every client.”
A total of 28 skilled professionals will be joining the Andersen family in Italy including Managing Directors Francesco Trevisanato, Guido Sesani, Filippo Brass, Paolo Trevisanato, Michele Bartoluzzi, Amedeo Liberatori, Sabrina Caporale and Marco Giorgi. The group is comprised of accountants and lawyers representing both Italian and international companies with expertise in international taxation, valuation, capital markets, and company, tax and bankruptcy law.
“We’re pleased to have such accomplished experts in their field join the Studio De Vecchi team,” shared Office Managing Director, Andrea De Vecchi. “They share our core values and vision. Not only will they provide great services to our clients, but they are fully committed to growing a vast, interconnected global firm.”
With the addition of offices in Rome and Venice, Andersen Tax now has 29 international locations with nearly 200 professionals in Europe and more than 1000 professionals worldwide. Andersen Tax was previously known as WTAS before changing its name in September 2014 after acquiring the rights to the Andersen name.
