APGA accuses Governor Ikpeazu of extravagance during US, Turkey Trips

APGA logoAll Progressives Grand Alliance ,Abia State chapter has accused the Governor of Abia State, Victor Ikpeazu of falsehood, extravagance and phantom trade missions to Turkey and the United States. The statement issued by the State’s Publicity Secretary of APGA, Madu C. Chikwendu reads;
All Progressives Grand Alliance ,Abia State chapter has watched in complete amazement the show of shame in Abia state reflected in the usual deafening noise from the empty drums that comprise the ruling party PDP and their shameless collaborators .A lot of their  recent
Statements with regard to Victor Ikpeazu’s one hundred days in office and wanton extravaganza in Turkey should ordinarily not merit a response. Unfortunately the incredible  and gigantic scale of misinformation ,disinformation and outright falsehood compel us to  challenge this ridiculous attempt at false bravado that passes for information management in heir warped minds.
A trade mission is an international trip by government agencies and business people. Trade missions will occur after one party has undertaken significant market research. What was the goal hat is the composition of the delegation .Executives have to analyze the costs and future benefits. It must be preceded by significant market research. One to one meetings  with foreign industry executives  and government executives ,pre screened to match specific business objectives  either for direct sales ,representation or joint ventures.
There is no indication whatsoever that the double barrel extravaganza to Turkey and the US was anything but a wanton  and vulgar splurge Abians hard earned cash.
Ikpeazu claimed to have met with the Secretary of State Maryland ,USA. This claim has since been established to be utterly false ,untrue and baseless. This embarrassing revelation forced the government to pull down both the write up and the picture of the fake Secretary of State.
– Ikpeazu didn’t just go to the US for the Annual Ngwa Convention, but ensured that his Obingwa kinsmen dominated his delegation  with no measure in purpose than to ensure that cabal continues to chastise Abians with scorpions  .
 -We do not begrudge the good fortune of our brothers ..the so called 29 “ wise “ shoemakers ( are they really shoemakers ? ) that accompanied Ikpeazu to Turkey. How can the so called 29 shoe makers learn in one week what will help them transform the entire A Line where shoe makers require more than any other thing; good working environment, standard structures, good road network for customer accessibility, security, sound and well structured foreign  partnership, sincere and well planned government’s assistance e.g soft loans etc.Abia state must move beyond primordial sentiments if we are to lift ourselves out of the cess pit that the ruling party is hell bent on ensuring we remain there.Genuine trade delegations comprise industrialists and business men with capacity to invest and attract investments .Ahia oma na ere onwe ya .Excellent products will always attract buyers.
APGA Abia is particularly pained at the engagement of lobbyist  Mr Walter Corley “ to serve as a link between Abia state and foreign companies in the US ” as reported in the Abia government website. Again we urge the government to invest in infrastructural development rather than rather  than see conduits for diversion of the peoples money.
We strongly suspect that these white elephant projects have been craftily designed as avenues to siphon the peoples money….the latest being the first tranche of N14b from the federal government  meant for payment of workers salaries . What has the government of Abia done with the USD$200m , N30b and other sundry loans. In Abia its loan …loan …loan…
