The appeal court in Abuja has nullified the election of Governor Nyesom Wike as Rivers Governor.
Justice M.B. Dongban-Mensem ruled that the election of Nyesom Wike did not conform with the electoral act. The three-man Court of Appeal ordered a rerun in 90 days.
