Former Senator Smart Adeyemi has lost his suit at the Court of Appeal seeking to unseat Senator Dino Melaye.
Adeyemi went to the Court of Appeal after the Kogi State Elections Petitions Tribunal ruled in favour of Melaye on the March 28, 2015 senatorial election.
Adeyemi contested on the platform of the People’s Democratic Party while Melaye flew the flag of the All Progressives Congress.
