Buhari defeats Atiku with 144,539 votes in 5 states announced so far

Nigeria’s incumbent President, Muhammadu Buhari has emerged winer of the presidential election in five states announced so far by Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

Statistics from the polls conducted so far showed that, Buhari is leading the chart by 144,539 votes ahead of his arch-rival, Atiku Abubakar of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
