Abuja, Sept. 29, 2025 (NAN) The Chief of Defence Staff (CDS), Gen. Christopher Musa, has congratulated the Minister of Defence, Alhaji Mohammed Badaru, on his 63rd birthday.
Musa, in a message on behalf of officers and men of the Armed Forces of Nigeria, described the minister as a leader of vision, humility and patriotism.
He said Badaru’s unwavering commitment to national service had strengthened the country’s defence and security architecture.
The CDS noted that the minister had, through wise counsel and steadfast support, inspired the Armed Forces in the discharge of their constitutional duties.
He added that Badaru’s leadership had fostered synergy among the services and defence institutions, boosting operational effectiveness and raising troop morale across all theatres.
Musa prayed God to grant the minister more years of good health, wisdom and strength to continue serving the nation and humanity. (NAN)
