Apart from the efforts so far put in place by both the Taraba state government and the technical committee on Civid-19 to halt the spread of the virus in the state, the State Primary Health Care Development Agency (TSPHCDA) in collaboration with the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), as observed by our correspondent ,are also leaving no stone unturned in their quests to frustrate the virus from gaining access into the state.
This was recently displaced when the duo did not only engaged the services of the leadership of the two major religions led by the state chairmen of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) ,Rev. Jerapi Isaiah Magaji and that of the Moslem Council of Nigeria (MCN), Alhaji Ahmed Bose, but also went extra miles to as well brought on board a renounced traditional ruler who also doubles as the chairman Social Mobilization Strategic Review Committee, the Galadima of Muri, Alhaji Abba Tukur , to fashioned out ways of reaching out to the rural dwellers on how to avoid coming in contact with the virus.
The aforementioned organization who are bent on frustrating Covid-19 from coming close to the state , did not left behind members of the forth estate of the realm as they also took them round the process of making hand sanitizers as well as creating a whatsapp platform primarily designed to support media coordination and support for the primary health care network in the state .

Unlike other state where the people seems to be finding it too cumbersome to adhered to the social distancing and other preventive measures the reverse was the case in Taraba in following the decisions of the aforementioned organizations to carry along all concerned persons and organizations.

Citing how the leadership of the churches prevailed on their followers to marked the just concluded Palm Sunday and Esther at home, the church, according to the CAN chairman, would continue to prevail on their members to stay indoors.

Reiterating the willingness of the agency not to leave any stone unturned in preventing the virus from spreading into the state, the agency, as made known by him would continue to collaborate with UNICEF whom he said has being enhancing and integrates health facilities delivery to the public in the state.
While urging the people to continued to join hands with the government and the UNICEF to push the virus from entering the state, the agency, he said would not ceased from providing level play ground for partners willing to tread the paths of the UNICEF to herald smiles on the faces of Taraban especially women and children.
With the ongoing collaborating efforts , he believed that Taraba would continued to be reference state to other states in the entire axis of the country
