Mr Kolapo Kola-Daisi, the Accord Senatorial Candidate for Oyo South in the National Assembly elections, has congratulated Gov. Seyi Makinde on his re-election for another four years.

The News Agency of Nigeria(NAN) reports that Makinde was declared the winner of the March 18 governorship election in Oyo State by the Independent National Electoral Commission(INEC).
Kola-Daisi said the people of the state have entrusted Makinde with another four years to lead them, urging him to work tirelessly towards ensuring that their needs are met.
He said Makinde’s re-election was a unique opportunity to leave a lasting impact on the state by implementing policies and programmes that would adequately improve the lives of the people.
“I congratulate Gov. Seyi Makinde on his re-election as governor of Oyo State. Your Excellency, the people have spoken, and they have entrusted you with another four years to lead them.
“It is my hope that you work tirelessly to ensure that their voices are continually heard and their needs met.
“Without doubt, this is a unique opportunity to leave a lasting impact on the state by implementing policies and programmes that will adequately improve the lives of the people,” he said.
Kola-Daisi said that he looked forward to improved efforts from Makinde to deliver on his campaign promises.
He listed areas where significant improvement was needed as education, security, environment, healthcare, agriculture, infrastructure and job creation.
Kola-Daisi said that with dedication and hard work, the state would experience substantial growth as well as socioeconomic development.
“Once again, congratulations on your re-election Sir, and I wish you all the best in your continued efforts to make Oyo State a better place for its citizens,” he said.(NAN)
