Adekanbi, of no fixed address, was arraigned on a two-count charge of stealing and damage.

The prosecutor, ASP E.O. Adaraloye, told the court that the defendant committed the offences on Aug. 8, at No.1, Alafia St., off Oloko block, Baba Ode area, Onibukun, Ota.

He added that the defendant also damaged a padlock, casing and rope worth N62, 800.

The prosecutor said that the offences contravened Sections 390 and 451 of the Criminal Code, Laws of Ogun, 2006.
