Governor Abiola Ajimobi of Oyo State has dissolved the State Executive Council (SEC).
A statement issued on Monday in Ibadan by the Director, Cabinet, Mr Dotun Omokemi, said that the decision was taken after the SEC meeting.
It said the dissolution was informed by the need to inject fresh blood into the administration in the quest to serve the state better.
The statement said that Ajimobi thanked the commissioners and special advisers for their contributions to the state’s development and directed them to hand over to the Permanent Secretaries in their various ministries. (NAN)
