Okitipupa (Ondo State), Feb. 21, 2026 (NAN) Mr. Bolaji Odidi, a United Kingdom-based All Progressives Congress (APC) stalwart, says Gov. Lucky Aiyedatiwa’s administration is visionary, transformative, and people-centered.

Odidi said this in a congratulatory message made available to newsmen on Saturday in Okitipupa on the One Year Anniversary of Aiyedatiwa’s government.

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) recalls that Aiyedatiwa of APC polled 366, 781 votes to defeat his closest rival, Agboola Ajayi of People’s Democratic Party (PDP), who scored 117,845 votes.

NAN also reports that the Ondo Governorship Election was held on Nov.16, 2024, while Aiyedatiwa was sworn-in on Feb. 24, 2025.

Odidi, an Ilaje-born business mogul, highlighted the governor’s achievements in infrastructure, noting significant improvements in roads, healthcare facilities, and educational institutions across the state.

According to him, the projects are changing lives, creating safer, healthier and more productive communities for the people.

He also praised Aiyedatiwa’s commitment to human capacity building, which emphasised programmes on youth empowerment, fostered vocational skills and generated employment opportunities.

“Investing in our people is the surest path to sustainable growth, and Aiyedatiwa is leading the way.

Odidi, who acknowledged the pressure of leadership, urged Aiyedatiwa to remain resolute and undistracted by any criticism.

“I urge the governor to stay focused on his transformative agenda, his dedication, transparency, and commitment to the welfare of Ondo citizens.

“His good works are already positioning the state as a national model of progress, innovation, and prosperity,” the APC stalwart said.

He, however, urged all Ondo State citizens, home and abroad, to rally support for the governor’s success in governance and for citizens to enjoy more dividends of democracy. (NAN)
