Felix is charged with two counts of criminal breach of trust and cheating.

The prosecutor, Francis Gabriel, told the court that on July 28, 2017, the complainant, Ogochukwu Ogbonna, reported the matter to the office of Deputy Inspector-General of Police.

The offence, he said, contravened the provisions of sections 322 and 312 of the Penal Code.

However, the defendants denied committing the offence.

Sadiq ordered that the sureties must reside within the court jurisdiction and must deposit N800,000 to the court’s registry.

He adjourned the case until Oct. 28
