Sen. Sani Musa (APC-Niger) has saluted former Military President, Gen. Ibrahim Babangida on his 83rd birthday.
Musa, Chairman of the Senate Committee on Finance, stated this in a statement in Kano on Saturday.
He described Babangida as a diligent and hardworking officer, who has earned a reputation as a distinguished officer and gentleman.
The lawmaker praised Babangida’s exemplary leadership qualities, citing his ability to demonstrate true courage in challenging situations.
He commended his tenure as Military President, during which he brought stability and sanity to the polity.
