The Kaduna State Deputy Governor, Dr. Hadiza Balarabe, has enjoined the newly inaugurated Local Government Chairmen of the All Progressive Congress (APC) to embrace an all-inclusive leadership that will guarantee party’s growth.
Balarabe threw the challenge on Thursday during the inauguration ceremony of APC Local Government Chairmen held at the party secretariat in Kaduna.
She urged the chairmen to embrace everyone and work selflessly for the party’s growth.
She congratulated the new party executives and urged them to shun grudges in view of the tasks ahead.
“I prayed the Almighty would grant the new party Exco the wisdom to take the party to greater heights,” she added.
Mr. Emmanuel Jakada, Kaduna State APC Chairman, earlier in his remarks, commended party members for the success of the congresses.
Jakada congratulated the new chairs and directed them to inaugurate party executives at the local government and ward levels, accordingly.
Malam Ibrahim Koli, the APC party Chair in Jema’a Local Government Area, who spoke on behalf of the 23 local government party chairmen, applauded the leadership of the party on the wisdom they applied in piloting the party’s affairs.
Kolo promised members that they would not betray the confidence reposed in them. (NAN)
