Reports say the convener of RevolutionNow Movement, Omoyele Sowore has been shot by yet to be confirmed person.
Sowore confirmed the reports on his Twitter page today, but claimed the shooter was a police officer.
He wrote: “Just been shot by a police officer, ACP Atine at the Unity Fountain in Abuja.
“#RevolutionNow Let the struggle continue even if they take my life! #BuhariMustGo”
He alerts the public on the need to fight for justice and promote good governance.
The police is yet to verify or deny the allegation.
