A Ryanair flight has been forced to make an emergency landing in Poland amid fears there were explosives on board.
The flight, from Oslo to Warsaw, landed safely and its 168 passengers have disembarked, according to a spokesperson for Modlin airport, where it landed.
She said the captain had radioed the airport requesting clearance to make an emergency landing.
“There was and is a suspicion of an explosive. The plane landed safely and no-one was injured. The plane is being checked by bomb disposal experts,” said Szymon Kozniewski, from the local police force.
All landings and take-offs at the airport were temporarily suspended.
