Chibuzor, who resides at Idolofin Street, Ado-Ekiti, is facing a two-count charge of fraud and breach of the peace.
He, however, pleaded not guilty to the charge.
The Prosecutor, Insp. Olubu Apata, told the court that the defendant committed the offences around 9.00 a.m. on Dec. 5, 2025 in Ado-Ekiti.

He also said that the offences contravened Sections 301 and 181 of the Criminal Law of Ekiti State, 2021.
Apata applied for adjournment to enable him to study the file and assemble his witnesses.
The Defence Counsel, Mr Olayinka Adelusi, urged the court to grant his client bail, promising that he would not jump bail.
The Chief Magistrate, Mrs Taiwo Ajibade, granted the defendant bail in the sum of N150,000, with one surety in like sum.
Ajibade, thereafter, adjourned the case to April 8 for mention. (NAN)
