The Delborough Lagos is set to boost Nigeria’s hospitality with the arrival of Michelin-Starred also known as Chef Sauro Bison at its DANI Restaurant.
This is contained in a statement issued by its media consultant,  Mr David Abakpa on Wednesday in Abuja.
According to him, this marks yet another landmark moment in the brand’s growing reputation as a gateway for global excellence.
He explained that, the arrival of Chef Bison at The Delborough Lagos, is more than a culinary event.
“This represents the latest example of how the luxury destination is positioning Nigeria and Africa on the global map for world-class hospitality, fine dining, luxury lifestyle experiences, and international brand partnerships.
“This also signals its continued investment in culinary innovation, premium guest experiences, and international standards of excellence,” Abakpa said.

Bison expressed gratitude for the warm reception and said he is eager to collaborate with local chefs. He aims to share expertise and contribute to the restaurant’s pursuit of excellence.

He described Lagos as one of Africa’s most dynamic cities, with energy and creativity that make it an important destination for global cuisine, luxury hospitality, and cultural exchange.
