Kaduna, Sept. 17,2025(NAN) An Upper Customary court in Kaduna State on Wednesday ordered a tenant, Ishaya Marcus to vacate a rented premises located at Gbagyi Villa on or before Sept. 30.
The Judge, Ms Patience Musa, gave the order after Marcus told the court that he was ready to vacate the premises by the end of September.
He said that the rent he paid will expire by December and not June as stated by the complainant’s Counsel, G.O Ochai.
Earlier, Ochai prayed the court to his client, M. S. Idoko to recover his premises from the defendant who has refused to vacate inspite of his rent expiration in June.
He also prayed the court to compel Marcus to pay rent arrears for the months he had overstayed. (NAN)
