Mandela leaves the hospital

A government spokesman has confirmed that former South African and anti-apartheid propagator   
President Nelson Mandela,94, left the hospital on Wednesday, where is  being treated for a lung infection.

Mandela who also had his gall stones recently removed has been in the hospital since December 8.
The spokesperson said that Mandela will continue to receive treatment at home.
