The Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Defense, Dr. Ibrahim Kana, has urged the Muslim faithful to uphold the virtues of tolerance, gratitude, and forgiveness throughout the holy month of Ramadan.

He said that the end of the holy month of Ramadan was an auspicious moment for the faithful to seek forgiveness for their mistakes and shortcomings.
”Let’s use the occasion to reflect on the Ramadan journey as well as seek forgiveness for our shortcomings.
The permanent secretary also said that the period should be used to foster unity, compassion, and renewed commitment to the service of the nation.
”As for us in the defence ministry, it is time to collectively reflect on the challenges and achievements that we have recorded.
