The management of the University of Ilorin has donated two tricycles to the Centre for Students with Special Needs (CSSN) to ease transportation challenges, an official said on Wednesday.
The CSSN Director, Prof. Taiwo Ambali, in a statement in Ilorin said the move would ease the transportation challenges facing students at the centre.
“The tricycles were handed over to the centre on Tuesday by the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Wahab Egbewole, through the Dean of the Faculty of Education, Prof. Lasiele Yahaya.
“We thank the Vice-Chancellor and his management team for the kind gesture, and we promise that the tricycles would be effectively used to enhance the academic activities of students with special needs,” he said. (NAN)
