Workforce Management Centre – a Management Consulting Firm offering Business & HR Consulting, Learning, Talent Management and Outsourcing services – has unveiled its new corporate identity following an organisation-wide transformation initiative.
The company changed its name from Workforce Management Centre to Workforce Group (workforcegroup.com), and introduced a vibrant new logo to convey the company’s strong and unique value proposition.
Speaking at a recent press briefing, the CEO/Lead Consultant of Workforce group, Bolaji Olagunju, together with the senior management team, explained that the rebranding decision was informed by the need to ensure the new brand reflects the broad range of services the company provides as well as to realign the service and product offerings of the firm to allow for better focus, depth, quality, responsiveness and value for money.
He said “Workforce Management Centre celebrated her 10th year anniversary in 2014 and naturally, we spent some time reflecting on our past, reviewing our present and considering our future. We wanted to get at the core of what made our firm the professional services firm it is today and what will shape our tomorrow. The result was a restructured, more nimble organisation and a new corporate identity which we are unveiling today.”
Workforce Management Centre was founded in 2004 with its sole service being recruitment and selection at the time. Today, the company’s offerings have been expanded to include 4 distinct sub brands/lines of business;
- Workforce Institute: Learning, Performance and Research,
- Stratorg Consulting: Strategy and Organisation Transformation,
- Workforce Select: Talent Sourcing, Assessment and Verification, and
- Workforce Outsource: Onsite and Virtual Employee Outsourcing.
“With this rebranding comes a strengthening of our value proposition and how we are structured to serve our clients, providing us with the ability to deliver best-in-class interventions across several crucial, high value areas of needs”, said Dr. Tayo Aduloju, Deputy Managing Director and Head of Institute of Workforce Development, the public sector practice of the Workforce Group.
Mr. Foluso Aribisala, Executive Director and the Head of Workforce Institute, continued “Our logo might look different outside, but nothing about the way we partner with our clients is changing on the inside – except a renewed commitment to serve them even better than we have ever done. Our goal remains to continue providing our clients with high quality, responsive and value based services.”
Over the past decade, the company has built a track record of working with leading organisations across Nigeria to design and implement Business and Workforce Management solutions that help clients meet their business objectives.
